These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RV Hero Service & Repair website and the scheduling of services. By submitting a request or booking service, you agree to these Terms.
RV Hero provides free estimates. In accordance with the Texas Occupations Code (Motor Vehicle Repair), we provide a written estimate before performing repair work expected to exceed $100, and we obtain your authorization before beginning that work. Additional issues discovered during a repair will be communicated to you, with an updated estimate, before proceeding.
Requests submitted through this website are not confirmed appointments until a member of our team contacts you. For mobile service, you are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the RV and a clear work area.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Insurance and warranty work is subject to the terms of your policy or warranty provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Hero is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be limited under Texas law.
