Mobile vs. In-Shop RV Repair

Should the shop come to you, or should you come to the shop? A simple way to decide.

It is the most common question we get, and it is a good one: should a technician come to me, or should I bring the rig in? The honest answer is that it depends on the job — and once you know how we think about it, the choice is usually obvious.

When Mobile Wins

Mobile service shines for diagnostics, air conditioning and electrical issues, awning problems, and anything where moving the RV is a hassle in itself. If you are settled at a campground, parked at an RV park, sitting in a storage lot, or in your own driveway, we come to you — anywhere inside a fifty-mile radius of Waco. For a huge share of repairs, there is simply no reason to hitch up and haul in.

When the Shop Wins

Some jobs are genuinely better in our 8,000-square-foot facility. Major roof replacements, big structural repairs, and anything that needs our lifts, indoor space, or specialized equipment go faster and cleaner under a roof — and stay protected from the weather while we work. When the job is big, the shop is usually the smart call.

Not Sure? That's Fine.

You do not have to figure it out alone. Tell us what is going on and we will point you to whichever option is faster and more affordable for your situation — no pressure either way. Start here or call (254) 495-5050, and we will sort it out together.
